Currently, when there is a preticketing issue, the ticket in the batch summary shows a bunch of status error icons. It would be nice to be able to see a different icon or some indication that it was a preticketing issue. Currently, it looks like there is an issue with the system, but that is not true. It would also be nice to add something in Inisights that keeps track of how often preticketing is happening.
TrackIt now supports pre-ticketing, so this should no longer be necessary.
