Prompt Drivers to Add Products to Ticket When Slump Increases Without Water Usage

When the probe detects a significant increase in slump without seeing any pulses from the flow meter, send a prompt to the tablet asking the driver if any water reducer was added to the load. This would help us bill properly for products used on site.
